Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Surgi's Heating & Cooling is looking for a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude to join our growing and dedicated team. Our General Managers are paid a base salary plus uncapped commission ranging annually from $100,000-$150,000

What YOU will do:

• Lead Service Techs, Installers, and CSRs in the scheduling and completion of all work
• Identify strengths of employees and empower them to reach individual goals
• Ensure work is high quality, safe and efficient
• Build & maintain strong relationships within the location and in the community
• Responsible for addressing and resolving customer service issues
• Manage location KPI targets and provide training to help accomplish those goals
• Track daily performance of all work performed
• Manage local vendor relationships

What YOU bring:

• Prior management experience in HVAC, Plumbing, or Electric Field
• 2+ years Management/Supervisory experience required
