What you will bring:

Knowledge of:

  • Delivering business results – committed to both top and bottom-line growth with a strong understanding of cost, price, value, and other financial drivers that impact profitability.
  • Targeting the right prospective leads for FGC services (HVAC-R, Plumbing, Electrical, & Specialty) and Preventative Maintenance offerings.
  • Building strong relationships with potential new customers.
  • Identifying growth opportunities within the territory through cold calling, call reports, account plans and collaboration within the sales team to ensure growth attainment.
  • Developing new business with existing customers and/or identify areas of improvement to exceed sales quotas.
  • Forecasting and tracking key account metrics (i.e., quarterly sales and budget results and annual forecasts).
  • Management team through our onboarding process.
  • Monitoring competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, and production scheduled.
  • Developing and actively maintain sales funnel and pipeline for continued new business growth.

You must have:
  • 4-year degree in Business or other related discipline preferred (equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of degree)
  • Minimum of two years of direct outbound sales & job-related experience
  • Willingness to travel
  • Sandler Selling / Consultative Selling background preferred, but not required
  • Good communication skills
  • Must be able to pass a drug, MVR and background check
