Academy Air is growing, and we are looking for a friendly and outgoing individual to join our team. You will be joining a family owned business that currently employs nearly 100 team members. As a CSR, you are the first person our clients speak to and you set the tone of our relationship with our clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Make outbound calls.
  • Take inbound calls
  • Handle client complaints.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction.
  • Work to achieve Call Center goals.
  • Work closely with other departments.
  • Light phone sales
  • Other tasks to be assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • prior customer service or sales experience.
  • Exceptional phone and email communication skills.
  • Full knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10, Excel, Word.
  • Must Be Willing to Work Evenings and Weekends
  • Ability to type at least 30 wpm.
  • Ability to work at a fast pace.
