The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal oriented mindset. This position handles maintenance membership cancellations, De-escalating customers, and working alongside the trade managers for a better customer experience.

Essential functions of the position:
  • Ability to work as a team
  • Daily inbound calls and follow ups
  • Time management and prioritization
  • Schedule appointments
  • Communicate effectively and document accounts
  • Educate customers throughout their project

Requirements
  • 1-year minimum call center experience
  • Team lead experience preferred
  • Familiar with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC terminology
  • Service titan experience is a plus!
