Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Public Service Plumbing has an exciting opportunity for a Call Center Manager, this position pays a base salary plus bonus. This manager must live in the DFW area and be willing to travel with in the metroplex to work with local locations, the rest of the time this position will be remote.

What you will do:
  • Call customers from prior day for quality check
  • Manage a team of CSR responcible for the following:
  • Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
  • Call on customer list to offer promotions
  • Follow up on reviews positive and negative
  • General inbound customer service


What you bring:
  • Previous customer service experience
  • Strong attention to details
  • Conscientious, team player
  • Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
  • Clear background check and drug screen
