Looking to TRADE up to a better opportunity? Buddy's Heating and Cooling has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Interaction Intern. This position pays $14-$16 per hour. This is a great introduction to HR, sales, customer service and office management. We are happy to work with any school to help qualify as an intern credit.

What you will do:

• Call customers from prior day for quality check
• Call maintenance customers and schedule visits
• Call on customer list to offer promotions
• Follow up on reviews positive and negative
• General inbound customer service
• Introduction to back end of business

What you bring:

• Previous customer service experience
• Strong attention to details
• Conscientious, team player
• Honesty integrity, quality craftsmanship and a good attitude
• Clear background check and drug screen
