Best Home Services is hiring for a Fleet Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, reporting, and clerical tasks. The Fleet Administrative Assistant will provide support to our Fleet & Safety Manager and employees, assist in daily fleet and safety reporting needs and assist our Fleet and Safety Manager with general administrative activities.

What you will do :
  • Scheduling and communicating fleet repairs and preventative maintenance.
  • Assist with record keeping, reporting, and management of company GPS devices, fuel cards, and tolling transponders.
  • Research and respond to fleet or PO related issues, concerns, and questions.
  • Reconcile data, enter data system changes, and maintain related files.
  • Complete other administrative duties as they occur (copying, faxing, scanning, filing, calling, etc.)
  • Other duties as assigned.

  • Must be able to provide premier customer service to internal/external customers including vendors.
  • Strong organization and attention to details skills, ability to take initiative and multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Excel.
  • Knowledge of DMV policy and procedures is a plus.
