Best Home Services is hiring for a
Fleet Administrative Assistant to perform a variety of administrative, reporting, and clerical tasks. The Fleet Administrative Assistant will provide support to our Fleet & Safety Manager and employees, assist in daily fleet and safety reporting needs and assist our Fleet and Safety Manager with general administrative activities.

What you will do :
- Scheduling and communicating fleet repairs and preventative maintenance.
- Assist with record keeping, reporting, and management of company GPS devices, fuel cards, and tolling transponders.
- Research and respond to fleet or PO related issues, concerns, and questions.
- Reconcile data, enter data system changes, and maintain related files.
- Complete other administrative duties as they occur (copying, faxing, scanning, filing, calling, etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Must be able to provide premier customer service to internal/external customers including vendors.
- Strong organization and attention to details skills, ability to take initiative and multitask.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products including Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of DMV policy and procedures is a plus.
