Frank Gay Services is looking to add Dispatchers to our GROWING TEAM! If you like to stay busy, know how to prioritize, and work well in a high-volume atmosphere, this could be the right fit for you! The successful candidate will be a self-starter and have a goal-oriented mindset. This position handles getting technicians out to customers' homes quickly and efficiently along with scheduling appointments.

What YOU will do:

• Deliver exceptional customer service to our internal customers and our external customers
• Work in a team environment
• Daily outbound and inbound calls
• Schedule appointments
• Drive revenue and help meet the market goal

What you need:

• Minimum 3 years customer service experience
• Dispatch experience preferred but not required
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Must be able to prioritize tasks
• Service Titan experience is a plus!

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Evening shift
• Holidays
• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On-call
• Overtime
• Weekend availability
