Your Opportunity

Be a part of the team laying the foundation for a people business that will disrupt an industry! You will learn full-cycle professional recruiting from scorecards to sourcing strategies and interviewing to screening skills.

Talent Sourcing: Learn and apply outbound search techniques to identify and engage with potential candidates online. Work closely with the Regional Talent Acquisition Manager supplying identified leads and prospects which will ultimately turn into candidates and hires through strong persuasive communication. Coordinate leads from programs for veterans and transitioning military members to be trained in trades; develop on-going partnership.

Social Media Recruitment Marketing & Employer Branding: Understand what platforms are used by target candidate demographics and the type of content that generates the greatest engagement and reach. Help optimize job descriptions and social content posting based on analysis. Assist with implementation and execution of employer branding projects, such as regional branding on collateral and basic website branding updates. Additional work may be done in this space based on interns area of strength and interest.

HCM/HRIS Technologies: Assist with implementation and adaption of new HCM and ATS platforms in local markets. Post and update job postings as needed through ATS / Job boards. Support recruiting functions shifting to online model by apply Best Practices to source, track and manage leads and candidates. Provide feedback in continuous improvement of recruiting metric dashboards and scorecards.

What you have...
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, non-verbal, social)
  • A high level of emotional maturity and situational awareness
  • Significant experience using multiple social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Experience with various photo editing and graphic design tools a plus
  • Graduate students preferred; at a minimum, candidates should have 3 years of an Undergraduate degree completed, preferably in a Business or Communications related course of study, and currently enrolled in full time coursework for the upcoming semester
  • A minimum of 1 year of work experience in customer/client interactive role in a professional setting

Location: Tampa, FL

Schedule: Full-time, Monday- Friday

Duration: Approximately 12 weeks, with opportunity to extend based on performance and business need

Compensation: $14/hr
