Job Duties:

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Be empathetic to Customers needs
  • Build sustainable relationships
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer information


Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service
  • Excellent communication & phone skills
  • Consent to & pass criminal/drug screening
